The Vishwas Trust (www.thevishwastrust.org) was established in the year 2005 in the state of Karnataka as a Public Charitable Trust. Among its various objectives of great social implications, empowering and propelling the disadvantaged communities towards economic freedom is a crucial and significant one. Entrepreneurship training and subsequent assistance in setting up businesses is a major program of the Trust.

To implement this entrepreneurship training initiative, Vishwas Trust has entered in to a strategic partnership with I Create, Inc of USA. I Create, Inc (www.icreateinc.org) is focused on providing Entrepreneurial Training to the disadvantaged communities. It has developed country-specific training programs and has implemented them successfully in different parts of India.

As a result of this partnership, The Vishwas Trust has established a resource center in Bangalore, known as I Create Vishwas Karnataka (ICVK).
The Trust has received necessary approvals from relevant authorities for it to carry on its activities and achieve its objectives:
